Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are digital and delivered right away, here is how refunds work.

1. The 14 day window

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying if the product is faulty, not as described, or you are simply not satisfied, subject to the conditions below.

2. When we may say no

• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
• Clear evidence the product was downloaded and used heavily with no described fault.
• Buyer's remorse on a clearly described product where you had the information you needed before buying.
• Abuse of the refund process, such as repeated buy and refund cycles.

3. How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, with your order number (it is on your receipt) and a short note about the problem. If something technical is going wrong, we will usually try to fix it first.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy takes away any consumer rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be waived.
