Terms of Service
Last updated July 2026
These Terms govern your use of The Boring Digital (the "Site", at theboringdigital.com and its subdomains) and any digital products you buy from us. By using the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
The Boring Digital makes downloadable digital products, sold through its brands and their storefronts (for example ADO, our plugins brand at ado.theboringdigital.com). Payments are processed by our seller of record, Lemon Squeezy, who issues your receipt and invoice.
2. Purchases and delivery
- All products are digital and delivered electronically (a download link and/or license key) as soon as your payment is confirmed.
- Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time before you buy. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout by Lemon Squeezy.
- You are responsible for giving us a valid email address so you can receive your product.
3. Your license to use products
Unless a product says otherwise, your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal and commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage the product itself. See the License for full terms.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, attack, reverse engineer for redistribution, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure.
- Do not use the Site or products for anything unlawful.
- We may suspend access for conduct that harms the Site or other customers.
5. Intellectual property
All Site content and products are owned by The Boring Digital or its licensors and are protected by law. Third-party names (for example, DAW platforms) are trademarks of their owners and are used only for identification.
6. Disclaimers
Products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the products will be error free or compatible with every system.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Boring Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that the claim relates to.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. If you keep using the Site after a change, that means you accept the revised Terms. The date above shows when we last updated them.
