Government surplus,
picked for your line.

GSA Auctions lists hundreds of lots every week, from surgical microscopes to aircraft. We track every listing and send dealers the lots that fit their line, one dealer per lot, with the details and our notes on value and removal.

Less scrolling, better lots.

Every listing tracked

We work from the full GSA Auctions listing feed, so you see the lots in your category without hunting for them.

One dealer per lot

Each lot goes to one dealer at a time. If you pass, we may offer it to someone else, without telling them anything about you.

A brief worth reading

Lot number and link, photos, condition as listed, inspection and removal details, the sale contact, and our value estimate with the reasoning behind it.

You stay in control

You decide whether and how much to bid, and you bid directly with GSA under its sale terms.

How we keep it clean

Our fees are flat and never depend on whether you bid or win, because federal sale terms bar buyers from paying fees that are contingent on winning (SF 114C, Covenant Against Contingent Fees). We're independent of GSA and every agency. We never bid, and we never share anything between bidders. Lots can carry a reserve price, so a high bid below it may not be awarded.

Questions

How do you pick lots for me?

We match new listings against the categories, makes and models you give us and how far you'll go to pick up, then flag the ones that fit with condition as listed, region, close date and our rough value range. Each lot goes to one dealer at a time, so a lot we offer you isn't offered to a competitor at the same time.

Do you work for GSA?

No. We're an independent research service, not affiliated with GSA or any agency.

Why isn't your fee a share of the deal?

Federal surplus sale terms don't allow a buyer to pay a fee that depends on winning the sale (SF 114C, clause 17). Flat fees keep you clear of that.

Will you send the same lot to my competitors?

We offer each lot to one dealer at a time. If you pass or don't reply within the stated window, we may offer it to another dealer, without telling them anything about you.

Are your value estimates appraisals?

No. They're rough estimates of as-is value based on the listing and comparable equipment. Inspect before you bid.

Tell us what you buy.

Send your categories and makes, and we'll flag the next lot that fits. Your first brief is on us.
